Consig AI, Inc. (“Consig AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information entrusted to us. When providing services to our customers in healthcare, automotive, and other industries, we may collect:
• Call Recordings: Audio recordings of inbound and outbound calls.
• Transcripts: Text transcripts of call recordings.
• Caller Information: Caller ID, phone numbers, and related metadata (e.g., call start/end time, duration, agent identifiers).
• Interaction Logs: Data generated during calls or other communications, including system and error logs.
• Customer-Provided Data: Information provided by our clients, including CRM data, notes, or account details.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and related technical identifiers for web-based interactions.

Sensitive Data
Our services may involve processing:
• Protected Health Information (PHI): We operate in compliance with the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Healthcare customers must have a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us before sharing PHI.
• Payment Card Data: We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) at Level 2 and plan to obtain Level 1 certification in the future.
• Other Sensitive Categories: Depending on customer use cases, we may process additional sensitive data as defined by applicable law.

3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• Service Delivery: To process, manage, and complete voice AI interactions on behalf of our customers.
• Quality Assurance: To monitor, evaluate, and improve service performance.
• AI Model Training: To train, test, and enhance our AI models, subject to contractual and legal obligations.
• Compliance & Legal: To meet regulatory requirements, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes.

4. Data Sharing
We may share information with:
• Authorized Customers: The client who owns the customer relationship.
• Third-Party Vendors: Service providers who meet equivalent privacy and security standards, such as cloud hosting, transcription, and analytics providers.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: When required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention
We retain data indefinitely unless otherwise required by law or contract. Customers may request deletion of recordings, transcripts, or related data by contacting us at privacy@consig.ai.

6. International Data Transfers
If we process or transfer data outside of the United States or Canada, including to the European Union or United Kingdom, we will do so in compliance with applicable laws such as the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, using lawful transfer mechanisms.

7. Data Subject Rights
Where required by law (including the EU GDPR and UK GDPR), individuals may have rights to:
